For nearly 40 years, Eric Mitchellette has guided companies through high-stakes challenges — from urgent turnarounds and restructurings to growth strategies and successful exits. As President and Founder of Strategic Business Coach, Inc. (SBC) since 2007, he has delivered measurable results for organizations ranging from small businesses to multinational corporations in manufacturing, supply chain, technology, and family-owned enterprises.

Prior to starting SBC, Eric’s earlier career includes leadership roles such as CFO and VP at ISC Companies, VP of Finance and Treasurer at MTI Distributing prior to its sale, VP of Finance at MTI Distributing post-acquisition (a Toro subsidiary), and Controller at Checker Machine Inc., where he improved profitability, streamlined operations, and led teams through critical transitions.
